Make sure you do it with Long tube headers. It will make installation much easier, and you will gain some good power.

Im currently running JetHot longtubes with a basic dual exhaust.

All I did was I ordered a set of 2 1/2 inch collector reducers, 2 12"long dynomax bullet mufflers (2 1/2inch in out), and a set of 2 1/2 inch turndowns. The car feels much faster, has picked up power all across the rpm range if you ask me. And it sounds fn awsome anything past 1/4 pedal. Sounds 10x better then any catback I have ever heard on a lt1 fbody. The improvements are basicly from the headers. The jethot longtubes are great. And remove all of the terrible restrictions from the factory cast manifolds.

Here are some pics. Its nothing pretty, but thats now why I bought the car or the headers in the first place anyway.

I am running dual spin tech mufflers with a 2.5 inch x-pipe, and 2.5 inch pipe all the way back. IMO one of the best sounding mufflers, that and mac sounds good too.

Which JetHots do you have? Correct me if I'm wrong, but JetHot just puts their coatings on other brands like Hooker, MAC, and Pacesetter. They dont actually make headers.

Jethot does in fact make their own headers for a handful of applications.

Okay, thanks I see that now on their site. So based on their site, JetHot themselves DO NOT make headers for my 93 LT1. The only longtubes(non shorty) availible for my car are the Hooker Super Comp Full Lengths. All I see on the Pacesetter site are shortys. Can anyone confirm this?
