Might get some throttle body approved carb cleaner and spray ever so gently into the mas and see if that helps.(Do the cheap stuff first).Coil wire?Hope this helps.

 

Is it possible that, during cleaning, some of the crud carrying solvent made it into the solenoi portion of the IAC? If you suspect that could be the case, remoe the TB, the IAC from it and, holding it pintle down, spray the living blank out of it being certain to get up into the body as much as possible.

FWIW, when I used to seafoam the camaro, I used the smaller opti hose as opposed to the bigger brake booster hose. The smaller dosage would seem to cause the least amount "problems".
