Tried just about everything motor still wont start

I'm fresh out of Ideas on this one. It started with the car running rough with a misfire after gettin the supercharger on, no biggie because I needed to get the car tuned anyway. So while trying to diagnose the car and making sure my problems were in the tune a buddy pulled the MAF connector while the car was running and it died immediately, I tried to start it back up and it would crank but not turn over I thought maybe the plugs flooded out and just needed time to dry off but that wasnt the case I ended up just replacing the crank position sensor, opti and the ICM but it still wont turn over I unplugged the coil while cranking and its getting good spark I checked every single fuse they're all good the only thing I can think of is maybe the PCM got messed up when he pulled the MAF. Is there something I'm missing?

Do you have the MAF on the pressure side or the intake side of the blower and where is the bypass valve in relation to the MAF?

The MAF is on the pressure side after the intake elbow I tried it on the intake side of the charger and it wouldn't hold an idle at all but that was just to test the blower and tensioner placement. The blowoff valve is about 2 feet further from the maf right after the intercooler on the passenger side.

Did you check the fuel pressure? Did you scan it for codes? Probably too late now, since you pulled the battery power to the PCM, but try to start it again, and check for codes.

Why would you replace the crank position sensor?

In my experience, pulling the MAF plug while the engine is running will not hurt the PCM. I've done it many times with no ill effects.

I haven't checked the fuel pressure since it hasn't started I need new fittings for my gauge since I ran the new fuel lines but fuel was constant at 45psi before it shut down and the pumps do turn on but just to rule it out I will check it. I scanned for codes and nothing comes up. I replaced the CPS because when I took it to the tuner he said there was something wrong and to check the CPS it was only $20 so I changed it just to rule that out, it's a fresh motor rebuild and now everything on it is new except for the coil but I'm getting spark from there so that's not a concern. Even all the sensors are new.

Now that I think about it I changed the map sensor to a 2 bar after it shutdown would I have to go back to the stock one to get it to fire up? Also the car backfires while its cranking so it has to be getting spark and I pulled one of the plugs to see that it was wet so I believe it's getting fuel.

My buddy said the same thing but I was actually giving the car some gas when he did it not sure if that would make a difference I'm just trying to get it narrowed down to what it could be. I think I'll start checking voltage today.

Squirt fuel in the intake while someone cranks it over.

If that doesn't work, then you should do a compression test followed by a leak down test.

You should put the old MAP sensor in to see if it starts.

Think it could have shot some gas or something on the MAF when he pulled the MAP sensor?

Doubtful considering the way the MAF and injectors are situated.

I would start with the basics and work your way up the chain.

Are the plug wires tight and going to the correct opti posts?
Is the Opti harness in good shape?
Is the intake leaking?
Are the rockers adjusted correctly?
Did you check both fuse panels?
Etc...
