Trickflow guideplates causing my pushrods to not be straight?

Check out the picture. The left side pushrod is straight on all cylinders. The right hand side is leaning. They are all like this. Could it be the guideplates don't line them up properly?

The important end would be the rocker tip to valve tip association. If its good on that end the end we're looking at can look silly.
