I'm having the hardest time trying to find a trick flow elbow... Can someone tell me where you bought it from? Looking for the polished one.

My shift to the left was over a inch wouldnt line up. If you need to cut it I would do it, Hey wait I did already it only took a few moments to cut and then cut down some of the rubber boot.

I don't really know if it hurts the performance. I drove it yesterday with no problem, but I haven't dynoed yet.

also don't have to worry about it tearing like you did with the rubber one. It fits easily under the tb, unlike the factory liked to fold over.

I cut about 3/4 of an inch off the end of my moroso CAI for it to fit. I figured it would be easier than cutting the elbow. Worked great and only took 2min. I dont know how hard it would be to cut off the end of the metal SLP CAI though.

Question

how well will this work with the stock intake box? also, will the car sound any better with this part? and which part of the intake tube actually needs to be cut? i plan on ordering one when the camaro can come out to play(when the snow is gone).

thanks a lot!!

no no no..do not cut it like some of the mongoloids here did...all u have to do is hammer in the far piece on the frame that the CAI tubes latch onto and push the entire CAI and trickflow over and inch...this is what i did and it sure beats "shaving metal"
