Transmission Temp. sender......

Where did you guys with trans temp gauges mount you sender to read the temp??

In my automatic it would mount right in the plug on the driver side of the transmission. bout 1/2 back on the tranny. If you have an M6 you need an adapter piece that it fits into because they plug is much bigger. Ive never done one on a 6 so I dont really know where it would be at. Hope this helps,
