transmission/car done!!!!

well i finally got my car back together , after having some transmission problems.......... come to find out it with 3rd and 4th gear clutches burnt up

i had the 700r4 built with...

hardened shell
kevlar band
new sprags
hardened rings and veins in pump
fairbanks shift kit - stage 3

w/ a midwest 3000 stall converter

let me tell you all....this car doesnt feel the same, its awesome.
for all you people thinking a 3000 stall is too big for the street ITS NOT!!!

i have a question though, before my tranny cooler gets installed he wants me to check with you all about a mounting location.

any help would be greatly appricated! thanks guys

The back of the radiator seems to be a common place.

I don,t have the AC condenser in mine anymore and all that space in front of the radiator worked great for my tranny cooler install.

ok thanks, how do you run the hoses w/o having to route them pretty much under the frame?

You should be able to run the bottom one right around the radiators passenger side. No condenser made it much easier in fact the bracket for the condenser on the bottom worked out perfectly to hold the hose on the bottom. Whatever you do don,t run it underneath I have seen this done in fact one guy drilled holes in his air dam to route the hoses.
It can be done routing it around the radiator you might need to put some bigger hose around the tranny cooler hose to help keep it from chafing on the rad support where it goes through.
