TransGo

I'm considering installing a TransGo kit in my 94Z.
Honestly guys, how difficult will it be to install?? My previous tranny experience was with a 400TH which I installed a B&M trans kit (20 years ago).
Kinda leery on the install...opinions, past experiences PLEASE!!
Any drivability issues, fuel consumption.

As always, many thanks to all!!

Laterzzz...L.A.

I got a Trans Go for the 4L60E I had in my past truck, and it surprised me. there was alot more electronics than I thought, and even though they gave a video with it, I had a tranny shop put it in for me. Of course, that was 3 or 4 years ago, and I knew very little about working on cars. It may be a little easier now, but I'd say get the kit, watch the video, then decide if you think you can tackle it or not.

I won't say that it's a difficult install, I will however say that it's tedious and time consuming b/c of all the small parts involved, and the fact that you're working upsidedown with it still in the car..

the 3-4 accumulator assembly is also a ***** to get in and out

when i installed mine i started later in the evening, quit for the night, then finished it after class was out the next afternoon

Javier, I'm in Pembroke Pines, FL do you think or know of someone that could give me a hand with the install, or at least "hold my hand" thru the install??

Thanks...Luis
