A plain momentary contact button will work (you may already know this). Is the Firebird button going to work with the Camaro interior?

Sure the Pontiac Button will work, after a little glue and fab. I don't really remember what it looks like but I'd like to mount a stock looking button(versus a Radio Shack looking button) next to my convertable top button on my '00 console. I'll probably end up using a plain momentary switch like you suggest though.

I know the button will operate it, what I meant was how it would look in the Camaro because of interior design difference. Use the switch mentioned in the link above if you want something close to stock looking.
