well i just finished pulling my stock clutch out. it went great no problems at all. but while i was down there i was looking around and decided that i want new trans mounts. so based on the mods in my sig what do u think is the best for me. stock or poly??? and i really dont want my car to shake to bad but it doesn't have to feel like stock.

you will get alot of vibrtion with it i do

 

get the energy suspension one! its not gonna vibrate im using energy suspension mounts everywhere possible and love them

 

I'll second that, I have energy suspension engine and tranny mounts and dont get any shaking. I know I have an auto, but man that thing hits hard now. Its awsome.

 

I've had two broken mounts on my '94 A4. And the engine is stock! I've got to find something else too. I like the Energy Suspension control arm bushings though, how much is the transmission mount?

 

The energy Suspension wont break with a stock engine. Before I made the switch I went through three of the stockers in less than 6 months... I switched to energy suspension and my first impression was **this is the crappiest P.iece of **** I have ever put in my car!!** no way I am keeping this on.....(I felt the vibration the moment I cranked the engine) but then Its been one year and 6 months since then. I purposely abused it to see if it would brake...I thought I would replace it after it was in pieces.. but after a while I realized its just wont break.

I never got used to the vibration though but its just the best you can get for your tranny.

I am sure I will come up with a better solution since I dont drag race but you I must tell you,,,, you just cant go wrong with Energy suspension for durability. it will outlast all other mounts..
