Trans coolers.......

Does anyone run additional trans coolers? If so where did you mount it and did you bypass the stock one or what?

I run a B&M 24.
I run it inline with my stock radiator cooler.

Did you guys notice a difference? Do you run gauges? Is it really necessary, especially for my mods below?

Basically then you run the line from the cooler to your after market one then from there to your stock one?

Summit has the B&M on sale right now. Mount it up front, near or on the radiator... I've got the 24k Run it in series with the stock one.

I mounted it in front of the radiator, I have no AC so I had lots of room.
I cut off the end of the top line going to the rad and ran my cooler line straight into it, I did not have to use any of the brass couplers that came with the B&M kit. I used one of those for my TB coolant bypass.

Everyone seems to mount them in front of the radiator. Did you guys run into problems installing it? Was it difficult?

The cooler is a very easy install. The moderator of this board has an install guide on his site - here you go.
