Tranny tech question?

Lately, my 4L60E has been shifting weird at normal rpm's. If I drive it semihard - hard it shifts nice and hard. If i drive it normal it will sometimes shift funny into OD. It shifts, but doesn't engage till after I let up on the gas, then it goes in fine. I can also maunally shift it into OD without any problems at all. I changed the 3-4 upshift solenoid (also, unhooked battery to erase any codes.) and that fixed the problem for a few days, now it's doing it again. The tranny fluid has about 3500 miles on it, since I had it flushed and the fluid was still bright red and un-burnt at normal levels. I don't believe the clutches ae burnt, the tranny has 30K on it after a full rebuild with Kevlar blue plate spec clutches. I used to manually upshift, a lot (never down shifted), would this have had any effect on my current problem? Also, the tranny has a Trans-go shift kit and tranny cooler. Any ideas would be appericated, before I take it in, thanks.

When you say "shift funny" into overdrive, do you mean that it is slipping?, or is it just delaying? Also does it shift ok with a little more throttle?

Yes, it goes in OD, but does not ingage, so I guess it is delayed. Also yes, for more gas, it goes in fine if I give it a decent amount of gas. It only delay's if I grandma drive it. Thanks for replying.
