Hi guys, need a little help. I was searching this for an hour or so, and couldn't find anything. Here's the problem. When the car spins really badly when downshifting, for instance, it will hesitate around 5, 800 rpms--before it shifts. Sometimes it will sit there, and not shift. It usually is when the tires spin a lot. It feels almost like the transmission is slipping and hiting the rev limiter--I'm not sure. This only happens on 1st/2nd shifts, the rest of the shifts are fine. I know the opti hasn't been changed, spark plugs, wires, and everything else was. I just changed and checkde the tranny fluid. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. (The car is an A4, 1995).
