i talked to my tranny guy (LT1dave) and he said use the LS1 mount, its made not to brake....... IE... extra metal.

I heard towards the end the stock LS1 mount became the 1LE which may be why you can't find a "1LE", because it's now the standard mount. Also I just bought my ES mount from Jegs a month ago.
