Guys,

I'm doing a swap from an M6 to an auto and I know that the M6 doesn't have cooler lines. But my question is does the radiator in a 94 Z have the provisions for the cooler lines? Maybe they are just plugged up? I would go out and look but the car isn't here (working on it elsewhere) and have to know if I should order a heavier duty tranny cooler to run by itself rather than in series with the radiator...

im just running a Summit racing heavy duty tranny cooler only. I need to hook up the tranny temp gauge I got so I can see if its working ok. I havent got the rest of the vehicle running right to see

 

They did make 2 different part numbers for tank with and without the coolers. Probably a factory M6 car did not have the cooler in the RH radiator tank. An added aftermarket cooler would work just fine, though.
