traction problems
OK guys i lowered my car with the eibach sportline kit. I got BMR LCA's and relocation brackets hoping to fix my the traction problem that lowering would cause. Its not enough. I used to be able to start off light with first gear, then nail second, now if i do that i burn em when i get to second. So how can i get better traction?
Drag Raidals are the first thing to get, or ET Streets if you start to get serious about it. Try running about 18-20 pounds at the track and adjust from there.
Lowered cars have a more difficult time hooking up at the track becasue weight does not tranfer as easily. You can also try disconnecting one end of your front sway bar and see if that helps too.
Beyond that you are generally into suspension mods that will impact your cornering ability.
