traction and 410s what ta do
I got a CENTERFORCE dual friction and its very different then my stock it grabs so hard I have no traction at all its the 410 gears that are now throwing me off I need traction what do I do. I got a south side sup kit for only $250 but its costs 3-400 to install and i was told the lift bar are not a good type so IM going to return the kit and buy parts like subframe con. and lower control arms what kinds should i get where should i get it and what else what i need for the mods i have and does anybody have anything they may want to sell?? to me??
well, when i swapped mine out with the new rear it seems to hook pretty well. i've got a limited slip now instead of a posi, not sure if thats why or not but really, it hooks well, i've got stock size yokos on the rear.
I have no problems with traction at all with the suspension mods in my sig. w/ 4:10's
My car hooks really well on the street .I run with my Nitto 555R's. I still need to get to the track sometime this year to put the new clutch & gears to the test.

well where do i get them how much are they and then what after i was going to save to do rims and then get tires but whats next and what size would i want to use and will they fit with a convertable?
I agree with the lca's! I have the edelbrock rear lca's and panhard which is good for cornors, I also have hotchks front sway and stb. Im lowered also. Now with that said i have a m6 that had 4.10s and with 255/50 street tire i didnt have much trouble hooking up at a 1500 drop, hope that helps.
1500??? Jeeze, heated Nitto DRs i was dropping at 6000 with 4.33s.
Anyways, you can buy them at anyplace that carries Nitto tires. They are sized just like any other tire, so buy according to rim size. They are 160ish per tire, you only use them on the rear. Expect to get 12-15k miles per tire.

Anyways, i was making a point about how well they hook, no more no less, sorry if it came off as attacking you, wasnt meant that way, just a little sarcasm.
Nitto drag radials can be used successfully on the street with little or no problems. With any hugh traction tire expect them to wear quickly and not be very good in the rain. I know they are better than the BFG's in the rain but rain tires have more tread depth... Otherwise they handle fine. Do other suspension stuff after you can quantify the benefit of the tires. In other words, make one change at a time and quantify the improvement or lack of improvement. Without decent tires you can waste a lot of money on suspension mods.
