13.7 is darn good for just a K&N and catback.

Sounds like you did pretty good.
Back when I had just the intake and cat back, I was running 13.8-13.9 at 100MPH, my car wieghed about 3850 with in it and a 1/2 tank of gas.

No new times yet with my new mods in sig..

Sounds good to me too. I have a '96ZRagtop and ran 14 flat @ 99mph w/ KN,SLP 2 on the left, 1 1/2" headers, 52mm, bad set of ported heads, 52MM T-Body, & short shifter. This, however, was my first time and only time at a track & I think I have one of the worst LT1's ever built judging from my dyno numbers.

dont feel so bad i have seen a modded lt1 go 14.6-14.7's all night while i went 14.1-14.2 with just flows. and not to mention a guy who was stumpped cuz his 99 ls1 would only go 14.4's with filter and exhaust. your lt1 can't be the worst maybe its just the conditions of the motor and temp. at the track.
