Track Problems Diagnosis
I went to the track yesterday and ran 9 times. Every single run I had was from 15.0-15.4
Whenever I got a good launch I would try to take it to 5500RPM, when the revs got to exactly 5000 the gear shift would kick back and the engine would struggle, it wouldn't accelerate. I slammed it into 2nd and went to 5000 again, same problem, no more acceleration after 5K.
Whenever I got a reall crappy launch over .20 it would usually go to redline, so i shifted around 5200-5400 and the car would finish really weakly.
No matter what style I used or how I changed my driving it wouldn't go below or above the low 15s.
