Question TR55's or TR6's w/ .....

I installed a CC306 w/ stage II heads and ported intake, I also have every other bolt-on to go with it. Thunderracing suggested running the TR6's but I heard that on a N/A motor they sucked? The heads have been decked .010" and also I am running the impalla head gasket. I pulled the plugs the other day after about 200 miles and they were a dark brown color and I wasnt sure if that was how they were suppose to look or not. Any suggestions on what everyone else use's?

Thanks,
Chad

IMHO I would go with TR5's. There is no need to go with TR6's unless your are running nitrous or a blower.

There is no significant difference between these plugs - 1/2 a heat range is trivial. It would take extremely sophisticated testing to find any operational difference between them. IOW, they are identical for practical purposes.
