TPS Voltage?

TPS Voltage?
Whats the voltage supposed to read at WOT on the TPS? I hooked my car up to a tech-II and I remember it being right under 4.6. I this normal or should it read around 5? thanks in advance guys

OEM range is 4.5-5 volts.

I would imagine the Tech II would also tell you throttle %. As long as it reads 100% with the pedal on the floor, you are good to go. (4.6v sounds good enough to get 100% to me)
