My tps on my 96 is non adjustable..maybe you can drill out mounting holes so you have some adjustment but can't see why you need to do this.If your tps is shot buy another one..they are pretty cheap..

you will have to "slot" the bolt holes so that you can rotate it while watching voltage

Is the TB opening fully? Pull bellows and watch the TB blades. If you are getting .73 closed then you should get well over 4.0v open.

Are you testing with cables on or off? IMO, it would actually be better to watch it with a scanner. That will tell you if you are going from 0-100% throttle.

i made the TV cable a little looser and now the TB opens all the way until it hits the stop and i got a 4.10 reading, is that still low?

Little low but it is ok. Over 4v should be seen as 100% throttle.

Move your floor mat

Really... about 50% of the time when people are using a scan tool and reporting WOT readings of less than 100% the problem ends up being the floor mat was in the way and preventing the pedal from going all the way to the floor

i think my throttle cable may have stretched over the years i literally have to stand on the pedal to open the TB all the way, i am gonna put some washers on it today to see if it helps.
