TPS bad? Voltage reads .63 at idle-4.59 WOT

Have been having issue with hard starts and trans shifting weird. Thanks for the help.

Yes they are.. Just make sure when you press on the pedal that the voltage numbers increase nice and smooth, not jumping around.

What engine is your "496"? What computer do you have controlling it? What the TPS sensor should read will vary, depending on the computer/engine. Your numbers are correct for an LT1, but I don't see any LT1 engine in your signature?

Good call. Being in LT1 tech, I assumed it was an LT1, but you never know.

Sorry about that , I updated my sig. Yeah, the quesition was for my '94 lt1 .My 496 is on my '86 and it's carbed. Actually I'm working on the big block so it's out of the car at the moment.
