Torque on thermostat bolts?

I already checked with dealership and they have to special order it and now I just checked with Gm Parts Direct and looks like the qty order is the same. Now this is hella lame! Why is everyone selling these bolts for a pack of ten? Are they hurting for money that bad so they have to have the qty at ten in order to make a profit? Anyhow, thanks man..I'm going to order this now... Arghh...$30 bucks for one bolt that I need...thats the most expensive purchase I've ever done lol.. I feel like I'm buying Harley Parts..
