Torque specs and sequence?

Torque specs and sequence?
Ive looked on here and came up empty handed. I have a 1993 LT1 (camaro) and was wondering if anybody had the torque specs and sequence for the heads and intake. Thanks in advance.

Intake---torque to 71 lb. in. first pass and 35 lb. ft. second pass.
Heads---Tighten them in three sequences to a final spec of 65 lb. ft. (such as 20-40-65)
