torque specs for rod bearings ? ft lbs ?

is it 45 lbs for the rod bearings torque specs ? or ? manual says 20lbs then 55 degrees what would that come to ?

It doesn't come to anything. It is a different way to tighten them called the torque/angle method. More info about what you are working on might help.

Just do what the manual says. Anything else would be a mistake.
