Torque specs for Eagle rods?

Torque specs for Eagle rods?
They're the "3D ESP" H-beams with standards rod bolts (not L-19). I don't have the sheet that tells you the torque specs.
How many pounds of torque with ARP moly lube? How about with 30wt. oil?
