torque spec for lifter retainer hold down plate?

i need the torque specs for the 3 bolts that hold the lifter retainer hold down on...its that plate that sits on top of the lifter retainers..... it has 3 bolts in it....excuse me if im off on the part names i kinda made them up

18 ft/lbs or lbs/ft whatever way it is supposed to be said. found that info on shoe box's site. http://shbox.com/ci/fastener_matrix.html

The lifter retainer hold down plate is usually call a Spider and the lifter retainers are Dogbones. You did a good job at describing them.
