Torque Pattern

I'm just gettin ready to put the heads back on my car. Does anyone know the pattern to torque them in? I know the steps..but I don't know the pattern. Also what is the pattern to torque the intake? Thanks

if you buy the book on your car it tells you but you start in the center go top to bottom in a circle, first to 40 lbs then again to 60 then again to 75 i believe.
