Torque Converter rattle?

Torque Converter rattle?
Car accelerates and drives fine.
Once I pass 45mph and the converter locks up I hear a light dull rattle once in a while when cruising at a constant speed.
My passenger can't hear it but I know its there.
It sounds like even suspension related.
BTW I have a 3200rpm TCS high stall converter.
Its made this noise ever since I put it in.
Should I worry?
