Heating up and puking Coolant???

I am having a bit of problems with my cooling system...

After driving for a while with the A/C on.. the car will heat up a bit more past the 2nd line from the Temperature sensor... Thats about 195ºF. When I plug the computer it reads 205ºF Its understandable since the cooler water will reach the heads first.

If I turn off the car it will start puking the coolant through the reservoir tank... WTF

I have a electric Water pump... I have a 50/50 mix coolant water mix...

My mechanic told me that a possibility is a burnt head gasket... My car will not consume water while in use.. but as soon as a it its shut down you can hear the water hissing.. I have bled the system various times...

This will only happen if it heats up past 195F or so...

It only happens when i turn on the A/C because its the only way it will go past the second mark...

One thing that could be important maybe not... There is a hose that goes from the top of the radiator to under the battery.. I felt as if air was getting in through there... I changed the Radiator Cap to a new one as I thought that was one of the problems...

Let me know some imput.. This is a supercharged Car...

Wow, that's weird. Did you replace with cap with another OEM one? Don't use aftermarket ones....

I assume you are at the correct coolant level (not overfilled).

hmmm, highlander, if u figure it out, let me know, because my car is having a somewhat similar problem.

it's a rebuilt motor, and sometimes, it heats up really fast, and next thing i know, the coolant is puking out of the resavoir...

i'm thinkin it's the t-stat, but if it was that, it would happen more regularly....hmmm, not sure yet...well, if ya figure it out, send me a hollar, pleeeeeeeeeease

Well very simple..

My problem was that my return coolant line that comes from the head was inverted with the line from the reservoir.. IOW...

I had on the top opening the return from the back of the heads and the reservoir on the bottom one.. and it should be the other way around... It stroke me when I had my electric water pump on and I saw the return line filling back where the CAP's rubber is supposed to seal... My mechanic told me that that sort of thing is when the CAP Doesnt do its job...

I think your mechanic is correct . My car was doing the same thing I had a C.O test done on it and it failed right of way . I suggest you do the C.O test and do a compression check . Better a gasket then a cracked head .
