Torque Arm question

The bolt that holds the bushing from the transmission and the torque arm came out.....I was wondering if i could drill a hole through the transmission and put a nut on the other side....or would i hit a pocket in the tranny. Also instead of that do you think that it would hold if I just weld the top of the bushing closed with the torque arm in it....I mean would it hold? Thanks for all comments.

Was it torqued properly, threads in good shape, etc.? In any case, a little blue Loctite will probably solve the problem a lot easier.

I used the wrong bolt and the threads got kinda of messed up....i used locktight on the last bolt i put in just in case and it still backed out.....I used the RED locktight also...... I'm going to have to drill and tap i guess or like i said just weld the top.....I don't know what would be the best idea......
