top throttle body gasket?
top throttle body gasket?
im wondering about the importance of the top tb gasket. If mine is all dried up and beat up is it worth replacing? Can it cause problems? Where can i get one?

You don't want that gasket to leak... that chamber is located between the air inlet port in front of the blades, and the port on the side of the TB for the hose to the passenger valve cover. The gasket comes in a "kit" with the one for the bottom plate. Shoebox has the kit part # on his website. There is really no reason you couldn't make one out of a sheet of rubber. You only need to cut a simple rectangle.
