Top head bolts question

I'm putting the heads on my new short block and have a quesiton about the thread sealer. ARP directions say to only use the thread sealer on the bolts going into the water jacket, not on blind holes. The top four head bolt holes are blind holes BUT several of them have a small hole in them. Would these go into a water passage (I think) or an oil passage? Is it okay that there are holes? Just put some thread sealer on those ones too?

I might be mistake but don't all the bolts come with thread sealer on them from the factory?

They might, and I know you can buy precoated ones. But I'm questioning whether it's okay for the blind holes to have a hole in the bottom of them and if using sealer will take care of any issues.

Never mind. Did a little more searching and found that it's possible for those holes to be drilled a little too deep and break into the coolant passage. Thread sealer on them should do the trick.

from the factory yes they come with sealant on the bolts. Put it on all of them so you don't have to take it apart later.
