Timing cover bolt specs
are these the same as the timing cover bolts excluding the opti ones

Those are regular SBC bolts. They are only .750" long. Ain't gonna work on the LT1, since the bolts are 1/4"-20 x 1-3/8" (not including the 3 for the opti, that are even longer).

Oh I thought it just meant the non threaded part was 3/4 of an inch long good thing I didnt order em. Im missing one opti bolt and two regulars and the dealership wants like $4.00 a bolt for them
