Timing Chain Set?

Timing Chain Set?
Ok, I'm doing a cam swap in my 96, I have less then 60k kms on it, less then 30k miles. and I was told that a new timing chain (maybe set) was a good idea.
first, whats the difference fro ma cahin to a set? and what do I need?
And what set or chain should I look at and get?
I see the the LT4 set is more hten 200 US. I phoned a local place and they said a set shouldnt be more then 60 CAN, thats a HUGE difference.
So can someone clear this up for me? thanks.

lt4 set is a high strength set=more $$$...the set consists of a cam gear, a crank gear, and a timing chain. with only 30k, i would just replace the chain and crank gear (they usually break pulling them off) ...go to your local parts store, it'll be about $40 for the crank gear and chain

At minimum I would go with the GM replacement. If your gonna add more mods down the road I would consider the Extreme duty set.

cam, 1.6, and headers at the same time, later down the road lt4 heads and intake. that will be about all.
Will they really break?
