Timing chain questions

I am rebuyilding my engine and putting on an electric wp, what is a good double roller timing chain that will work? What about a silent gear drive, i heard they are more accurate but not good for the valvetrain? I have a 96 z28 that is pretty much driven on the weekends.

Cloyes p/n 9-3157 is made specifically for LTx and electric h2o pump - keep in mind, this is not a double-roller chain. It is a HD single roller that is just as thick as the double roller.
