I did a cam install about 1 mounth ago and ever sence the car has been running like crap;It cant even spin the tires no power below 2500rps.It dose run rough up untill it hits 3000rps.I am thinking the timing chain was put in off a tooth;The only reason I havent tore in to it yet is because last weak I took off the opti cap and turned the motor to tdc.At tdc the opti looked like it was fireing on number 1; but how far off would it be if it was only off 1 tooth off would I even be able to notice the opti is off?Thanks

 

The car is a 1996 camaro z28 lt4 hotcam kit with a dubble timing chain.I dident have the crank shaft sensor tuned out could that cause my problem?

No codes except for the crank shaft sensor;Caused by the dubble timing chain.

 

Crank sensor is used for missfire only. One tooth would do it. Check the valve adjustment before tearing it down.
