timing chain choices

just wondering about the timing chain on my 94 z. i am going to do a le1 or 2 heads/cam. are there any other timing chain options for my non-vented opti? or do i have to go with a stock one with the stock water pump? if i go to an electric water pump, are there any options to go with there?
i am not going to do the vented opti conversion. any way you guys can point me to. i've searched and really haven't found any answers...

LT4 ED. I don't know if you can use the cloyes double roller with a unvented or not, but you definitely need an ewp for that.

I just went with a stock replacement. It lasted 154k very abused miles, might as well go with that. (I'm not replacing the chain because I have to, only replacing it because the opti went and since I have it off, might as well)

Also, doesnt the LT4 ED cam sprocket have a center hole so the vented optis shaft go straight through, since they're ran off the cam's dowel pin?

Pretty sure the 93-94's optis are ran from a "driveshaft" that is keyed to the 93-94 cam sprocket.

If that's the case, without doing the conversion, wouldnt your only option be a 93-94 cam sprocket?

Your stuck with a stock type set, unless you convert to a vented opti. You can't use an LT4 or double roller.

It's still a "stock-type" cam gear. Ever look at the Lunati set? The cam gear looks just like a stock gear, down to the GM stamping on it.
