How much is the labor cost for change the timing chain ???

Depends on labor rate and if they charge you book hours or actual hours. But, i'd guess about 4-5 hours labor. Given the local rate of 89 an hour, roughly 360-$450. Certainly pays to know how to do stuff yourself.

I will hope that the labor rate here in Puerto Rico is not $89 an hour.
