Jeez shouldn't you be running a good 12 with the supercharger prior to these last mods.

The thing that i see that is different from the other datalogs i see is that when i accelerate the rpm's go up fast and it feels real strong but the cars speed is just not there. Here is an example of what im talking about.
3 1175 9 2325 17 2950 25 3550 31 4350 37 5000 41 5500
2 1400 10 2350 19 3025 26 3675 32 4425 37 5075 41 5525
3 1625 11 2475 20 3075 27 3825 33 4575 38 5125 42 5650
4 1800 13 2600 21 3200 28 3950 34 4750 39 5350 42 5725
6 2000 15 2725 23 3325 30 4075 35 4850 40 5275 43 5825
7 2175 16 2825 24 3475 30 4250 36 4875 40 5475 43 5850
I did my last run and showed speed and the rpm's for each one of the datalogs recorded. A second is 9 of these so i was a 43 mph at 5850 rpm's after 4.66 seconds when i shifted. What kind of mechanical issues could be wrong where the car would do this?

I think a good set of heads if the bottom end is still healthy will make a big difference. This way i will be closer to the rebuild some day. The external engine as far as i can tell should be fine so it time to go internal.

Something has to be worn out in order for you to see such horrible times. Be sure to let us know what you find out.

I seem to remember in some of your very early posts you were indicating that even though you have a 6psi pulley on the blower, you were only seeing 2psi on the boost gauge. Is that still the case?

The boost gauge actually shows strong boost up to 6 and starts earlier than before so thats no it. Is there someplace the boost can go before it is burnt with the fuel since it isn't making me any hp? I have the gauge on the nipple on the drivers side middle.

Where is the pickup point for the boost gauge? If its the intake manifold, then its pressuring the heads/cylinders. If its before then intake, there may be a restriction between the sensing point and the manifold, eating up some of the blower pressure. But that still wouldn't explain why the engine is making low HP.

Have you ever made a pass without the S/C belt hooked up? That might give you some indication of how the the engine would perform without the blower.

Man up and shell out the money for a dyno tune. Do it once and do it right.

I think were talking more than a dyno tune to fix this one. Like Injuneer stated a few runs without the belt might tell a lot. I did this a year ago before the latest mods and it ran strong and was about 3/4 second slower in the 0-60 runs than with it hooked up. We will see this weekend if the weather holds up.
