my mods are: intake, u/d pully, headers, exaust, p&p heads, ngk plugs and msd wires.

the car idles a little rough, is this because of the heads?

any ideas of what power im making and should i have my car tuned? what kind of gains in hp would i see? thanks

 

Do the opti and plugs and wires it should wake up your car yes a tune is necassary. The reason I said that is because I had 130k onmy original opti and did headers at 80k car is totally diffrent now...

The tuneup stuff is a good idea, but you also need a tune. A stock car can benifit pretty signifigantly from a good tune and as you get more mods the car stands to gain even more. I would think that at this stage the tune will gain you more than the heads did.

 

Do anyone know a tuner around Grand Rapid, MI area. If not, where can I buy cable and program for 93 Firebird. I have GateWay laptop. Thanks.

 

I am pretty sure you can also buy a chip for the your pcm. If you are looking for pcm wires and stuff check out this site
