Time to play, Name that Part ...again (got pics)
Now I'm trying to fix the window track, just need to know the correct name of the bracket that broke...possibly the p/n too.

I would say it is the window channel GM PART # 16625875 .
The rubber bumper is supposed to sit in the bottom of the door for the window to rest on when it is down. I think the little "arrow" part goes in a slot in the bottom of the door.
