Tilt steering wheel lever?

Tilt steering wheel lever?

On a '94 TA, is this suppose to unscrew to remove, or what? If it's supposed to unscrew they must have put it in with Locktite!

Any help is appreciated

lol i had the same problem i had channel locks on it trying to turn it no luck

Yes, it unscrews.
