Ticking, LTerm and Sterm tables on the driver side always high..
I had a tune from PCM for less. (GREAT WORK BY THE WAY, BRYAN IS GREAT!) Bryan told me about this, the spark retard im getting is due to false knock. He also told be about the Sterm And LTerm counts on the driver side being higher than the Passenger. He suggested it might be an exhaust leak and There is a ticking coming from the drivers side of the motor.. I called comp to see if it was a lifter and they said to pull the rockers off and try to depress the lifters by hand.. I did that, called them back and told them what happened and they said it was fine.. I put the rockers on, followed shoe box's web directions for finding 0 Lash, and the ticking is still there.. I have tightened all the bolts on the headers and Y pipe and checked for signs of a leak.. There is not an exhaust leak from what i can see... It doesnt seem to be the lifters either, the car runs like a champ.. Im pulling harder than ever... I dont know what this can be now... Could something else be cause this noise? and the Counts to be high? Only thing i can think of thats wrong with my car is that the breather line from the TB to the valve cover is sucking up oil, its in the intake.. But how the heck would that cause a ticking??? This is extremly frustrating..
Any one have any ideas?
EDIT:: by counts higher i mean in the green.. It seems to be reading lean (O2's)..
