bank 2 sensor 1 to high voltage

ok need a little help, i had a burned connector on a header, well i shaved it down and put a new ac delco sensor in (Bank 2 sensor 1- thats passenger side)... well it means it must be running rich or it is faulty... well i am throwing the code, so we cut the connector wires and calder (sp?) it in witht he o2 sensors wires to by pass the burnt connector. well we did and it was done by a professional.. this guy has so many drag cars, well it threw the code again.

A) did i short the new sensor tooa nd its bad now
B) am i just running rich on one side as an act of you know who
C) i have horrible luck
D) fuel injector sticking open
E) who the hell knows because i dont
