I'm installing a 52mm TB. Does anyone have a link to a diagram of how to do it? Thanks.

 

It is a bolt off and on application. I put one on my 95z in about 30 mins. Easy to do just follow the instructions if you have them. All you need is allen wrenches, pliers for the coolant hoses, and a 10mm socket I believe; it's been 2 years since I did mine. Easy to do though. Just don't get coolant on the Opti...that can spell trouble. Also check cleanliness of the throttle body, as well replace the gasket. If the throttle body needs cleaned do it when it is removed. Use a good cleaner though, not carb cleaner alone.

 

While your down there might as well do the throttle body bypass mod.
