Throttle Body Bypass?
there is a tube running from the top passenger side of the radiator, across to the throttle body, then a line from the throttle body to a line that goes into the block (or head not sure).
HOT water is circulated through this to help on warm up and in cold climates. but under normal driving it heats the TB and in turn the incomeing air...resulting in a lose of power (cooler air= more hp)
on the 96-97 (maybe 95) you can just unhook the line from the radiator, and remove the line coming from the head and slip the rad line onto it...with no splicing of hoses.
i think on the 93-94 type TB the routing is a bit different and you need to splice hoses with a fitting from the local hardware.
check www.installuniversity.com to see if they have a how to

There is a coolant passage in the throttle body to keep it from icing up in freezing weather. Removing the hoses and splicing them together "bypasses" the throttle body coolant flow which keeps the throttle body cooler. A cooler throttle body transmits less heat to incoming air as it passes through the throttle body into the intake manifold. Cooler air produces more power.
On 93/94s you remove the 2 hoses from the throttle body and splice them together with a 3/8" barbed hose fitting. On later cars the procedure is different because the plumbing is different.

the only problem i encountered was the click on the left side was hidden and pinched against the block, i just stuck a screw driver in there and destroyed it, get some hose clamps with the 3/8" barb fitting instead of the stock clips
