should i spend the money or should i pocket the cash and bust out the dreemmel tools?? what do ya think fam??

 

Ya will never get it right doing it yourself. There is a lot of machine work to bore it right and make throttle blades that fit. Buy one.

 

that sounds like a bohump thing to do..i'm all about saving money but some things should just be left to the professionals...buy one

 

I'd leave it alone, and I wouldn't buy one. Nothing to gain. Use the dremel and polish the stock one.

 

if you don't have mods or just mild mods leave it stock. Otherwise, unless you are a machinest......don't do it.

 

I have known people who "ported" their stock one. As in leave a 1/8" gap around the blades. Yeah, it was ugly. Never worked right either.

I polished mine up nicely. I removed a lot of metal leading to the blades and polished it smooth. Looks really nice and I know it worked, no matter how small. I should take a picture one day.
