I ran a 5/8 heater hose from the waterpump down to the bottom of the radiator. It was a tight fit on the waterpump side because the hose is a lil small but its worked for about 10k miles now.

10197675 GM 'bypass hose'
The 2 ends are different sizes.. [5/8 x 3/4 I believe?]

Re: Those who removed factory oil cooler.. help

From your emails, I would have suggested the bypass hose (which is what every f-body has that does not have an oil cooler), but you said the pipe was already leaking and could not be left pointed in the stock location because of your supercharger.

For anyone else, I suggested he remove the pipe (which he said had already come out of the pump) and tap the hole with a pipe tap. Then a brass plug could be used or any combination of fittings to route the hose away from the supercharger belt.
